They are seeking a dynamic finance leader to join their Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team, responsible for overseeing financial operations, driving strategic insights, and partnering with leaders across the business.

Responsibilities
Lead financial operations: Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and forecasting processes for corporate departments, ensuring results are timely, accurate, and aligned with GAAP
Drive insight & accountability: Oversee variance analysis, and risk/opportunity tracking to support strategic decision-making
Shape budgets & forecasts: Guide department leaders through estimates and budget cycles, challenging assumptions and ensuring financial plans are robust and realistic
Provide expertise: Deliver financial guidance to corporate departments and support the Director of Corporate FP&A with financial analyses and special projects. Evaluate investments and calculate ROI to inform business decisions
Innovate: Provide suggestions and input on new processes and drive improvements in old processes as we automate and evolve
Develop talent: Supervise and mentor Financial Analyst, reviewing their work and fostering professional growth
Partner with auditors & compliance: Review audit and quarterly analyses, maintain Sarbanes-Oxley controls, and collaborate with external auditors on deliverables
Qualification
Required
6+ years in Accounting/Finance, with supervisory experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Exceptional analytical ability and attention to detail
Proven success managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to see the 'big picture' while mastering the details
Strong systems aptitude (SAP, SAC, or similar) and advanced Excel knowledge
Initiative in process improvement and ad hoc analysis
