Responsibilities
Lead daily accounting operations, monthly closes, and financial reporting
Establish and improve accounting policies, processes, and internal controls
Prepare forecasts and annual budgets for OPEX, CAPEX, and financials
Own external and internal audits
Drive ERP implementation and maintenance
Handle ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years in accounting management or senior supervisory capacity within manufacturing
Experience with systems/process improvement, including ERP or FP&A tool implementation
Proven ability to deliver audit-ready, accurate closes with technical accounting expertise
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Strong ERP experience (SAP, JDE, QAD, Sage, etc.) and reporting tools (Prophix, Cognos)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Manufacturing experience required
Preferred
CPA preferred
Pharma or medical devices experience a plus
