Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for addressing challenges
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field
Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams
Professional experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Competency in data analysis and applying metrics to inform decision-making and foster continuous improvement
Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Current legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
