They are seeking a Sr. Sales Manager responsible for expanding their customer base and maintaining the quality and integrity of the sales process through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team focused on Enterprise and HPC customers to achieve revenue and growth objectives

Develop and execute strategic account plans for top-tier customers, emphasizing solution selling and long-term partnership building

Collaborate with technical and product teams to align customer requirements with solution capabilities

Drive business forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting for the Enterprise/HPC segment

Identify new business opportunities in high-growth industries leveraging HPC infrastructure

Experience tracking and reporting data on lead activity

Strong written and verbal skills in English are a must

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering or similar fields

Minimum 8 years of experience in a server sales environment

Proficiency in 2nd language is a plus
