Responsibilities

Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-2 students, coaching them and reinforcing reading skills introduced by Reading Specialists
Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and meet their weekly academic targets
Teaching emotional regulation, resilience, and problem-solving through consistent routines and a warm approach
Monitoring student development and challenges, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches in partnership with your team
Building a classroom environment that balances structure, playfulness, and individual connection

Required

Must be available to work full-time and on-site at our campus in San Francisco, CA or Miami, FL
Bachelor's degree in any field
3+ years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in education, afterschool, coaching, or similar environments
Strong storytelling ability and dynamic presentation skills: capable of capturing and maintaining the focus of groups of young children
Capable of maintaining high expectations for yourself and students, and motivating children to reach their goals
Growth mindset and coachable attitude
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
