Failure Analysis Engineering Intern

They are seeking a Failure Analysis Intern to support the Quality and Reliability department by troubleshooting failed components, performing testing, and collecting data to determine root causes of failures.

Responsibilities
Support the Failure Analysis Team from Quality Organization
Perform troubleshooting of the failed component(s) to determine the root cause(s)
Perform Testing and instrumentation of the test setup to validate the failures
Data collection and data Mining from the sensors
Qualification
Required
Currently a student earning a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or a related discipline
Must be graduating between spring 2026 and summer 2027
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Develops and systematically analyzes statistical data to determine standards and to
Conducts RCCAs, prescribes CA and PA as necessary to prevent recurrence and verifies/validates effectiveness
Strong independent problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate under minimal supervision
Proficiency in the application of DOEs and ANOVA
Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Databases
Hands on approach to get things done
