Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities
Offering technical advice and providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB’s products/systems/applications
Providing technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
Performing analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs; and proposing the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries
Delivering product/solution/service-related training; and supporting the managers in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college and 2 years of sales experience, OR High School diploma and 4 years of sales experience required
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
Preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of electrical industry and ABB products preferred
Knowledge of industrial controls highly preferred
Experience working with electrical contractors and channel partners preferred
Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
