Responsibilities

Own a territory growth plan for the CNC and machinery market—through distributors and directly with end-users
Build and deepen relationships with distribution partners, acting as a trusted solutions advisor
Showcase our value with targeted demos and presentations that highlight reliability and longevity gains
Work cross-functionally with technical and support teams to resolve questions quickly
Track market trends and competitor moves to steer pipeline strategy
Deliver accurate forecasts and clear progress reports to leadership
Promote the MP Systems brand at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Take on related responsibilities that logically align with the role as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Proven sales performance, preferably in CNC or industrial machinery
Strong understanding of distribution channels and partner-led selling
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Self-directed, results-oriented team player
Ability to travel to customers, distributors, and events
Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Customer-obsessed problem-solver
