Responsibilities
Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating personalized engagement strategies that resonate with students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and generate practical insights
Working alongside the technology team to assess and refine AI-based literacy platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with specialized certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Capable of evaluating reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated lessons independent of pre-packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adept at responding to student interaction patterns
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; San Francisco, CA; or New York City, NY
