Responsibilities
Addressing inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours using clear, welcoming, and mission-consistent language
Organizing admissions events, campus tours, and shadow day experiences from planning through post-event communication
Maintaining applicant data with full precision across CRM platforms and admissions systems
Conducting family meetings to present Alpha's educational model, respond to questions, and capture key observations
Collaborating with campus and admissions teams to ensure pipeline continuity and responsiveness
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a family-facing operations role
At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workflows
Availability to work on-site in Austin, TX, or willingness to relocate
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
