Office Production Assistant
Allstar Home Services, LLC is a growing company seeking a highly organized Office Production Assistant. The role involves scheduling projects, communicating with customers, and ensuring all necessary paperwork and processes are followed.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Work with our Production team to create the schedule for jobs each week and enter them in our system, making updates to the schedule daily based on weather or other changes
Communicate via email, phone and text messages with customers regarding job status, timelines, scheduled deliveries, labor schedules, etc
Review each job that is being produced and confirm the necessary paperwork is present and processes are being followed
Track follow up items and warranty calls
Hold weekly meetings to review job status, progress, and prioritize necessary work
Prepare weekly project status / progress reports
Track and follow up with customer questions on scheduling and timelines
Place material and labor orders
Qualification
Required
Highly organized individual
Good at communicating
Problem solving skills
Proficient with computers and basic usage
Preferred
Knowledge about construction
