Accounting and Operation Manager

The Accounting and Operation Manager will oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations while collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Oversee financial operations
Manage accounting records
Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Preparing financial statements
Managing journal entries
Monitoring budgets
Developing operational procedures
Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
Provide insightful financial analysis
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in preparing Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and conducting thorough financial analysis
Proficiency in Journal Entries (Accounting) and solid understanding of Finance principles
Excellent Analytical Skills with a commitment to problem-solving and improving operational efficiency
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration across teams
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant work experience in accounting or business operations, preferably within e-commerce or a related industry
Support New employees on boarding process
Manage the facilities /office operations
Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
Preferred
Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
