Executing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the enrollment pipeline

Implementing stringent safety and child protection protocols to maintain a demonstrably secure environment for students and families

Supervising all facilities management activities, including preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor liaison, and repair coordination

Regularly analyzing performance data to optimize processes and enhance both operational effectiveness and enrollment results
