Executive Assistant

Toyota North America is a leading brand in the automotive industry, seeking a passionate and highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to support VPs and select executives within their Financial Services Data & Technology department. Responsibilities

Operate in a high pressure, deadline driven environment and prioritize multiple requests with speed and accuracy
Demonstrate ability to learn the working style, preferences, and priorities of the supported executives, including anticipating needs as well as working independently with minimal direction
Exhibit good judgment when fulfilling tasks ranging from simple to complicated and in prioritizing competing demands and requests

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively
High-energy, self-motivated, and professional with strong initiative for improving processes
Proven ability to be discreet and sensitive in dealing with matters of a confidential, sensitive, or of a private nature
Ability to build relationships with a broad audience both internal and external to TFS
High School Diploma is required
Proven work experience supporting multiple executives from an administrative assistant or other related role
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
Proven work experience coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences and domestic and international travel arrangements
Proven work experience with reconciling expenses/expense reports
Ability to use meticulous attention to detail and accuracy to filter executive needs while maintaining high quality work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use excellent interpersonal skills and both in-person and virtual communications skills when interfacing with all levels of team members
Ability and willingness to work overtime hours as needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree is preferred
Customer service or technical work experience is a plus
Understanding of automotive finance business and dealership financial services products, services, and operations with focus on sales, finance and VPP is a plus
