Responsibilities

Create best-practice reports, dashboards and presentations based on data mining, analysis, and visualization

Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data

Work directly with functional areas to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships

Manage and develop a small team of data analysts

Developing and optimizing data analytics around U.S. Consumer Services performance including customer acquisition, engagement and usage with variations on retail and digital trends. Active product statistic creation and dashboarding

Performance dashboard creation and optimization for all products across U.S. Consumer Services. Primarily focused on key revenue and engagement drivers

GTM Analytics - Promotional data analytics, SMS penetration analytics, paid search analytics and compilation of results into business insights for decision making

Web usage and failure point utilizing Adobe Analytics with new dashboards and insights to allow us to modify digital experience flows and customer call-to-actions
