Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable, low-latency, highly responsive Equity Swap trading and Lifecycle system
Lead technical design and re-platforming efforts using best-of-breed technologies
Ensure robust trade processing and lifecycle events handling for swaps and hedge execution workflows
Collaborate with key stakeholders across all regions, collect and understand business requirements
Manage full SDLC including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and production deployment
Coordinate with global teams on integration points
Maintain and evolve legacy systems while driving modernization initiatives

Required

Strong experience with Swaps Trading across US, APAC, EMEA and MENA regions
Strong experience with Swaps Lifecycle Management, Processing of Corporate Actions, Client Reporting, Regulatory reporting and Compliance frameworks
10+ years of experience in capital markets, preferably in Synthetic Prime Business
5+ years in a technical lead role
10+ years of hands-on programming experience in C++/Java/C#, preferably in server-side development
Strong hands-on experience with low-latency systems, multi-threading, and real-time systems
Strong experience in scalable, microservices architecture

Preferred

Experience with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
