Responsibilities

Manage several key processes and facilitate/coordinate submission of information to CBRE’s business partners

Review accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors

Assist in generation of Business As Usual (BAU) reports; support ad-hoc presentation and analysis and respond to information requests from management

Required

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university

Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures, such as percentages

Conducts basic financial analysis

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills

Experience in the use of Microsoft applications with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
