Senior Recruiter, GTM Sales and Sales Engineering (Contract)
Okta is The World’s Identity Company, focused on providing secure access and authentication solutions. They are seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter to lead recruiting efforts across their Sales organization, developing sourcing strategies and building diverse talent pipelines.

Responsibilities
Partner with our amazing Sales and Pre-Sales leaders to scale recruiting strategy to support continued growth
Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies that deliver hiring for key needs
Learn and deliver detailed metrics reporting to drive continued process and strategy improvement
Partner with the business to create dynamic job descriptions
Consistently source, build and deliver robust and diverse talent pipelines
Stay abreast of market trends in the start-up world
Successfully close candidates
Qualification
Required
5+ plus years of experience full cycle recruitment, specifically with a sales organization
Proven track record or achievement and success in a growth environment
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to learn and leverage stellar negotiation skills
Ability to write and review dynamic job descriptions
Model the behaviors of a true team player and guardian of the Okta culture
Preferred
BS/BA degree preferred
