Responsibilities
Facilitating engaging, virtual workshops centered on life competencies such as creativity, communication, and critical problem-solving
Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to cultivate confidence, autonomy, and executive functioning in students
Leveraging platform analytics to personalize support and monitor student development over time
Working alongside fellow educators to design and refine project-based learning opportunities
Establishing a welcoming, energetic environment where students feel valued, understood, and motivated to develop
Qualification
Required
Valid US teaching certificate from any state
Confident virtual communication skills; at ease leading sessions via video
Availability for full-time work (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
Able to start within 2-3 weeks
Enthusiastic about working in a technology-enabled, student-focused school
Preferred
Background in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
