Provide exceptional customer service: Assist members with their financial needs and answer inquiries about products and services
Process transactions accurately: Handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Cross-sell products and services: Educate members on TruMark’s offerings and recommend solutions that meet their financial goals
Resolve member issues: Address concerns and find effective resolutions in a timely and professional manner
Maintain operational excellence: Ensure cash drawers are balanced, transactions are completed efficiently, and records are kept organized
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication
Attention to detail
Proficiency in technology
A positive attitude
Problem-solving mindset
Flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, may be required
Preferred
Associate degree in business or a related field preferred
Customer service, retail, or banking preferred
