Responsibilities

Influences the development and implementation of Physical Automation strategy, initiatives, and governing policies
Assembles detailed reviews of the enterprise and documents capabilities and conceives approaches to aligning technical solutions with business needs
Assists in defining the direction for projects and solution architecture
Supports leadership by planning and championing the execution of broad initiatives aimed at delivering value to internal and external stakeholders
Leverages data, technical, and business knowledge to drive the development of capability frameworks at portfolio and enterprise levels
Supports project life cycle with emphasis on the initiation, feasibility, installation, and analysis phases

Required

5+ years' experience in Project Development Projects
Experience in defining new technology roadmaps and ability to drive an independent project from a product owner standpoint
Experience with integrating software solutions, project management, & strategy development
Understanding of Information Security practices, operational methods, and physical automation technology
Experience in DevOps and Agile
Domain Expert with Software Development Literacy
Strong negotiation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to travel up to 50% as needed for the role
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in Engineering or related field
