Responsibilities

Define and execute the service strategy for PET scanner solutions, radiopharmacy buildouts, and imaging center service offerings in alignment with corporate growth objectives
Oversee the end-to-end design, construction, and commissioning of PET scanner installations and radiopharmacy facilities, ensuring compliance with FDA, NRC, and state health regulations
Build scalable service delivery frameworks, including vendor management, logistics, quality assurance, and maintenance programs to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution
Lead executive-level engagement with hospitals, imaging centers, and private investors to develop customized service models and long-term partnerships
Develop P&L ownership for the Service Solutions division; establish revenue targets, pricing structures, and margin optimization strategies
Ensure all solutions meet applicable standards for radiopharmaceutical handling, radiation safety, facility design, and medical equipment operation
Build and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and service professionals to deliver best-in-class client outcomes
Identify emerging technologies, service models, and partnership opportunities to expand the organization’s footprint in molecular imaging and diagnostic infrastructure

Required

Bachelor's degree, Healthcare Administration, Radiological Sciences, or related field required
Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in medical imaging, radiopharmacy, or healthcare infrastructure development
Proven track record managing complex, multi-site projects including PET/CT installations or nuclear medicine buildouts
Deep understanding of PET technology, cyclotron operations, and radiopharmaceutical supply chain
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors and contractors
Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level client engagement
Ability to drive innovation while maintaining operational and regulatory rigor

Preferred

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Management preferred
