Responsibilities

Reflect the attitude, theme and culture of the venue's concept to ensure a welcoming, inviting and authentic Hospitality and Entertainment experience

Make reservations accommodating seating requests

Ensure awareness of entrance, casino guests and regular customers and knowledge of Hotel activities, outlets, and hours of operations

Check identification and collect money following proper cash handling procedures of all guests who enter the lounge, ensure they are 21 years of age
