Real Estate Project Management Intern

Responsibilities

Support the creation of financial models to assess the feasibility of sites
Participate in site analysis projects to determine if a site is better suited for small-unit development, larger-scale public subsidies or other low-income tax credits
Participate in site visits to assess property conditions
Cottage court zoning research, in select rural communities within the Self-Help Credit Union footprint
