Responsibilities

Enable effective day-to-day operations for the Market Leader by managing priorities, coordination, and follow-through

Support leadership decision-making through preparation of strategic briefs, industry and competitive research, and facilitation of meetings and data calls

Maintain and curate core market materials, including organizational charts, strategic presentations, and market data sourced internally and externally

Develop and oversee management reporting and dashboards, including financial and operational views, to increase transparency and insight

Serve as a market operations enabler by standing up and optimizing collaboration tools, workflows, and reporting capabilities across the team

Drive adoption of new tools and processes through training, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts

Support execution of a growth strategy by tracking customer engagement activity and identifying emerging opportunities

Provide operational rigor to business development efforts through data analysis

Enable effective collaboration across internal teams, partners, and vendors through structured reporting, data calls, and coordination

Support client engagement activities, including events, marketing coordination, and opportunity reviews

Support strategic planning activities by developing executive-ready market reviews and planning materials

Build and maintain strategic planning decks and templates that align market priorities

Synthesize internal and external data into clear insights to inform leadership decision-making and long-term planning
