Greet and welcome guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
Manage reservations and wait list
Escort guests to their tables while considering server rotation and section assignments
Track table status and coordinate with servers and bussers to ensure timely table turnover
Answer phones professionally and address customer inquiries
Maintain an organized host station
Monitor dining room capacity and manage wait times effectively
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods
