Responsibilities
Manage and own the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events—including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings—both on-site and online
Develop overarching admissions strategies or render final enrollment decisions
Function in an entirely administrative capacity without direct family contact
Work within a slow-moving, overly procedural organization
Prioritize relationship development at the expense of rigorous execution and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Experience in education—whether as a teacher, in admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable area
2+ years in client-facing roles within admissions, enrollment, events, or similar contexts
Demonstrated administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and precise
Keen eye for detail and proven experience managing accurate applicant records or CRM systems
Comfortable navigating both remote workflows and on-campus duties
Able to pivot swiftly and flourish in a fast-moving, mission-oriented setting
Authorized to work in the US and available for in-person work in Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; or NYC, NY
