Responsibilities
Replying to inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours with messaging that is clear, inviting, and consistent with Alpha's voice
Designing and delivering admissions events, campus visits, and shadow day experiences for prospective students
Ensuring applicant records remain current and accurate across admissions platforms and CRM systems
Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's model, respond to concerns, and capture relevant insights
Partnering closely with campus leadership and admissions colleagues to advance each family through the enrollment process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
At least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a family-facing operations role
At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
Experience supporting admissions events or parent-facing programs
Comfort operating in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
