Responsibilities

Replying to incoming inquiries within 4 hours using tailored, substantive communication that avoids templated language
Conducting campus tours and admissions events that demonstrate precisely how and why our model accelerates learning, and for whom it is designed
Managing the complete admissions process, from application intake and shadow day coordination to decision conversations and family onboarding
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and student information system records for weekly performance review, particularly within HubSpot
Iterating on admissions collateral, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions using live parent feedback and conversion metrics

Required

3+ years of experience managing full-cycle admissions at a selective, tuition-charging academic institution
Demonstrated track record of successfully guiding selective enrollment processes from initial inquiry through final commitment
Outstanding communication capabilities across written, verbal, and interpersonal formats
Proven ability to engage effectively with affluent families and sophisticated decision-makers
Solid operational discipline, including proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot in particular), time management, and meticulous record-keeping
Currently based in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
Eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Preferred

Background in admissions at elite K–12 independent schools or selective college environments
Proven experience designing and executing high-engagement, high-conversion recruitment events
Proficiency with analytics, performance tracking, and metrics-informed strategy
Knowledge of AI-enabled or mastery-based instructional frameworks
