Responsibilities

Providing strategic oversight for recruitment, outreach, and enrollment planning across ECU’s key markets in North Carolina and surrounding states
Leading a regionally distributed recruitment team
Developing data informed strategies to meet enrollment goals
Ensuring ECU maintains a strong, consistent presence across high-priority markets including the Raleigh and Charlotte metropolitan areas
Supervising all regionally based admissions counselors and providing guidance on both first-year and transfer recruitment efforts within their territories
Working in close coordination with the Associate Director of Transfer Recruitment & Partnerships to ensure regional counselors effectively engage both prospective first-year and transfer students through consistent messaging, partnership development, and yield activities
Monitoring and assessing key markets across North Carolina and neighboring states, using enrollment data, demographic trends, and institutional analytics to identify emerging markets and recommend strategic investments in recruitment efforts
