Leading customized family engagements that highlight Alpha's educational model and influence enrollment outcomes
Overseeing the complete admissions process with responsive, intentional, and strategic outreach
Reviewing daily safety protocols, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating resolutions with staff
Managing vendor relationships to maintain proactive facility upkeep
Leveraging documentation and iterative feedback to continually improve operational processes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in school admissions or enrollment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong emotional intelligence and self-motivated work style
Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Available to work in-person in Miami, FL or willing to relocate
Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Preferred
Background in safety oversight, regulatory compliance, or facilities operations
Comprehensive understanding of the local K–12 education environment
Known for being 'the most responsive person in the room'
