They are seeking a Property Asset Manager to oversee day-to-day property readiness and manage the transition of properties from occupied to sale-ready while coordinating with various vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Oversee property transitions (occupied → vacant → clean-out → sale-ready)
Handle city violations, code issues, and inspection scheduling (this may include court officer communication)
Coordinate with vendors for cleanouts, lawn care, repairs, etc
Ensure properties are maintained while on the market
Manage timelines, budgets, and status reports for all assigned assets
Communicate with market managers and leadership to remove roadblocks
Qualification
Required
2+ Years in Property/Asset Management Preferred
Experience in real estate, property management, or operations
Strong communicator who's comfortable managing contractors and timelines
Ability to juggle multiple priorities without letting anything slip through the cracks
Ability to navigate city codes, violations, or inspection processes
Take initiative, manage yourself, and don't need handholding
Highly organized and detail-driven with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent communication skills — able to coordinate across multiple parties with clarity and consistency
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve property-level issues, especially around cleanouts and violations
Comfortable working with budgets, vendors, and timelines
Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple properties simultaneously with efficiency
Preferred
Experience in property management, real estate investing, or asset oversight strongly preferred
