Responsibilities
Communicate complex concepts clearly by crafting advertiser-facing content for a broad suite of products
Create product content that is clear, helpful, human, scalable, and inclusive, being mindful of internationalization and the nuances and interpretations of language
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (designers, researchers, product managers, and engineering), driving consensus across teams and advocating for solutions that balance customer needs and business goals
Earn trust with product managers to develop shared vision and use research and data to identify opportunities and inform decisions
Develop content frameworks, guidelines, product narratives, and other deliverables that explain your recommendations and help people understand the practice of UX writing and content strategy
Work in a start-up style environment, where iteration is encouraged, thinking long-term and strategically while still achieving quick wins and short-term objectives
Make sure that customers have the right information at the right time
Qualification
Required
6+ years of design experience
Have an available online portfolio
Impeccable attention to detail; excellent grammar and writing skills
Experience creating terminology and usage lists, content patterns, and UI text style guidelines
Positive energy and leadership capabilities, as well as a willingness to work outside of a typical content role to deliver holistic solutions to customer problems
Proven success at creating and maintaining cross-functional working relationships
Preferred
Experience working within rapid, iterative design and agile development processes
Experience writing recommendations and insight users can quickly understand and adopt at scale
Successful delivery of multi-channel content strategy for a global audience
Experience writing for advertising or enterprise products
