Responsibilities

Serve as a professional ambassador for Silencer Central at assigned trade shows, exhibitions, and events
Proactively engage attendees to identify prospects, qualify leads, and capture customer information for follow-up
Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value of Silencer Central’s products and streamlined purchasing process
Master and articulate the company’s value proposition, compliance process, and customer benefits to instill confidence and trust
Drive the complete sales cycle on the trade show floor, from initial engagement through to closing the sale
Overcome objections, address customer concerns, and tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs
Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance metrics set for event participation
Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused demeanor that reflects the company’s high standards
Independently set up booths/tables
Ability to operate a computer and process sales

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Demonstrated success in B2C sales, ideally within trade shows, retail events, or a one-call-close environment
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by results with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Willingness and ability to travel, with availability to work weekends as needed
Ability to operate a computer and process sales

Preferred

college degree preferred
Familiarity with the hunting, firearms, or outdoor industry strongly preferred
