Responsibilities
Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial
Manage e-discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production
Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery responses, and case documents
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for case management
Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and trial preparation materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate
Proficiency with e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, Everlaw)
Experience with case management software (e.g., Clio, ProLaw, TrialDirector, Concordance, Summation, Relativity, Ringtail)
Strong e-discovery and trial preparation experience
Preferred
5+ years of experience in litigation support (personal injury and/or complex civil litigation preferred)
