Responsibilities
Replying to incoming inquiries within 4 hours using personalized, precise communication that avoids templated language
Conducting campus tours and events that demonstrate clearly how and why our teaching is faster, and which families benefit most
Managing the complete admissions process, encompassing applications, shadow days, decision conversations, and onboarding
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and SIS records for weekly review, particularly in HubSpot
Improving admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions using live parent feedback and conversion metrics
Qualification
Required
3+ years managing full-cycle admissions at a competitive, tuition-based academic institution
Demonstrated track record in handling selective enrollment from first inquiry through final enrollment decision
Outstanding communication abilities across writing, presentation, and personal interaction
Comfortable working with high-net-worth families and sophisticated decision-makers
Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (especially HubSpot), time management, and meticulous attention to detail
Currently located in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Preferred
Background in elite K–12 private school or competitive college admissions
Experience designing and executing high-touch, high-conversion events
Proficiency with reporting, metrics, and data-informed decision-making
Knowledge of AI-powered or mastery-based education models
