Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all project activities across the supply chain (SC) to ensure the seamless execution of project deliverables
Acts as the SME on the environmental regulations within scope of responsibility
Ensure effective Project Management of all key strategic projects – with appropriate process controls, metrics, and stakeholder updates.  Partner closely with Finance to ensure Financial planning and tracking is in place for all projects
Manage initiatives effectively, timely, and on budget while minimizing any impact to base business, customer service and employee engagement
Manage competing demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality, and differing stakeholder requirements and expectations to satisfy outcomes
Create and deliver presentations to PMO/Management on project goals, plans, issues and risks, including progress reports, mitigation and contingency plans
Develop and revise project plans, work with stakeholders to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution in a timely manner, escalating as necessary to meet timelines
Keep manager and key project stakeholders updated on project issues, issue resolution, risks and overall status of project
Lead team to deliver business case objectives as applicable
Challenge the team to be a high performing team that identifies solutions to exceed elements of the business case benefits

Required

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field highly preferred; Advanced degree such as a M.S. or MBA a plus
A minimum of 10 years of related experience required
Project management experience required, Project Management Certification preferred
Working knowledge of end-to-end product supply and distribution and Product Lifecycle Management (PM)
Ability to managing complexity and ambiguity
Experience in managing cross-functional teams
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem -solving skills
Ability to analyze, balance and prioritize risk
Ability Influence/collaborate stakeholders cross functional to support business goals
Product cost management and budget management required
Up to 15% of travel both domestically and internationally is required

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
