Responsibilities
Lead project planning and execution for the enterprise AI SaaS implementation
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Security, Legal, Compliance, Data, Procurement, and Business teams)
Manage vendor onboarding, due diligence, and contract-related activities
Track dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple workstreams
Facilitate technical discussions and translate requirements between technical and non-technical teams
Ensure governance, security, and compliance requirements are met
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing complex enterprise SaaS implementations
Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
Ability to understand and drive resolution of technical questions and dependencies
Experience working with security, privacy, and compliance reviews
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with AI/ML platforms or large-scale cloud/SaaS tools
Familiarity with enterprise security, data governance, and vendor risk processes
