Responsibilities

Programming all CNC machines/controls (Okuma, Fanuc, Haas, etc)
Program with Inventor Cam
Read and understand blueprints
Cad design 2D AutoCAD and 3D Inventor
Make layouts for machining
Troubleshoot parts and programs on the shop floor
Set up new parts on CNC Mills and Lathes
Set up new parts and troubleshoot all Muratecs including loaders
Manage routings on the Mainframe
Work with Kanbans
Work with vendors to improve tooling
Able to use all quality tools (Comparators, surface analyzers, and gages)
Contribute to HPT and participate in 5S duties and team-meetings
Wear proper PPE and follow all set safety guidelines
All other duties as assigned by Supervisor or designee

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Associates Degree in Precision Machining or equivalent degree preferred
