Senior Business Development Executive
HQ Platinum is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth and client acquisition in the Houston, TX market. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key commercial relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities
Drive new business development in the Houston and Texas market through active prospecting, networking, and outbound sales efforts
Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and deal closing
Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demos aligned with customer needs
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and forecasts in the CRM system
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
4–6+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles
Proven experience in B2B sales environments
Strong understanding of the Houston / Texas market
Experience managing the full sales cycle and closing deals independently
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Solid understanding of sales KPIs and pipeline management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Spanish strongly preferred
