Responsibilities
Generate high-quality pipeline with Fortune 1000 and high-growth enterprise teams
Qualify real buying intent, not spray activity
Work closely with Account Executives, Forward Deployed Creative teams, and Customer Success to initiate enterprise conversations that lead to proof-of-concepts and long-term expansion
Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach to enterprise leaders
Lead discovery calls focused on understanding business objectives, workflows, and buying signals
Assess fit for enterprise engagement and proof-of-concepts using clear qualification criteria
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear context for AE and PoC handoffs
Share insights with Sales, Forward Deployed Creatives, and Marketing to improve conversion and messaging
Qualification
Required
3–6 years experience in BDR, SDR, or early AE roles within SaaS, AI, or creative technology
Proven ability to generate enterprise-qualified meetings that convert into real opportunities
Experience engaging senior stakeholders across marketing, creative, and operations teams
Strong understanding of enterprise buying dynamics and qualification discipline
Excellent communication skills with a consultative, insight-led approach
Comfort working cross-functionally in fast-scaling environments
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Calendly, or similar tools is a plus
