Create, format, and maintain digital products including guides, templates, and instructional documents
Build standardized and auto-fill document templates for repeatable use
Write and format clear, technically oriented copy and documentation
Translate concepts into structured, usable marketing materials
Support email program setup, formatting, and content organization
Assist in packaging subscription-based marketing support services
Build and maintain social media profiles
Monitor and report on basic performance metrics (e.g., Facebook and similar platforms)
Make light updates to the website using CMS tools (Squarespace)
Organize and maintain marketing assets, files, and documentation systems
Execute assigned marketing tasks independently with minimal oversight
Qualification
Required
