HireUp Leadership is a company that places healthcare professionals in interim leadership and executive search opportunities. They are seeking an Interim Total Rewards Analyst to oversee the administration of various retirement programs and manage integrations and regulatory filings.

Oversees administration of pension, 401(k), 403(b), and other retirement programs across a healthcare system
Reports to the Executive Director of Total Rewards and Talent Systems
Manages Workday integrations, vendor feeds, audits, Form 5500 support, and regulatory filings
Qualification
Required
Must have an associate's degree
A minimum of five-seven (5-7) years of benefits administration, compensation or other human resources experience required
Oversees administration of pension, 401(k), 403(b), and other retirement programs across a healthcare system
Reports to the Executive Director of Total Rewards and Talent Systems
Manages Workday integrations, vendor feeds, audits, Form 5500 support, and regulatory filings
Preferred
A bachelor's degree is highly preferred
