Responsibilities
Conduct detailed requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders
Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and define clear business, functional, and non functional requirements
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams
Work with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritize user stories, and maintain sprint readiness
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Stand ups, Grooming, Planning, Retrospectives)
Ensure requirements align with Agile EPICs / Features / Capabilities as per framework
Manage user stories, workflows, sprint boards, and dashboards in Jira
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or product-based environments
Proven expertise in Requirements Gathering, User Story Writing, Process Mapping, and Gap Analysis
Hands-on experience with Jira (issue types, boards, workflows, dashboards)
Working knowledge of Jira Align for strategic planning and multi-team coordination
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills
Ability to work with cross-functional global teams
Preferred
Experience in large enterprises or multi-team scaled Agile environments
Exposure to tools such as Confluence, Visio, Miro, Figma, or similar
Domain knowledge in healthcare, finance, telecom, or enterprise platforms
Certifications: CSPO, CBAP, CCBA, SAFe BA/PO, or equivalent
