Responsibilities
Confirm that all garage door estimates sold meet internal standards and are accurate to specification, proper configuration, and the correct parts are associated with the job
Project Triage: Act as the inital touchpoint for all sold projects, dtermining readiness for processing and initiating the next steps to the purchasing team
Cross-Departmental Communication: Liase seamlessly between Door Designers, Project Coordinators, Warehouse Staff, Purchasing Agents, and Installers to ensure alignment and project accuracy
Quality Control: Be the first line of defense in catching potential errors or mismatches before materials are ordered or jobs are scheduled
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all project documentation and forms are complete, clear, and properly stored in ServiceTitan or applicable software

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically
Must possess basic mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
