Responsibilities

Develop and implement systems engineering plans, procedures, and standards for manufacturing and production

Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and meet systems engineering requirements for MES and QMS

Analyze and assess production flow performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows

Integrate multiple system design solutions to meet requirements and prevent impact to maintenance capabilities

Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation and databases for manufacturing and production flow

Apply design for manufacture principles to ensure efficient production and minimize manufacturing complexities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturability and assembly

Required

Bachelor with 8+ years of experience or Master with 6+ years of experience

Progressive experience in systems integration and analysis of military hardware and software systems/processes

Experience leading system design, integration, and analytical efforts

Capable of determining appropriate use of technologies in solving engineering problems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with systems engineering tools and software, including Cameo and SysML

Must be able to obtain Secret (or higher) security clearance

Capable of creating required engineering documentation using Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Access

A high level of senior professional expertise in manufacturing and production flow, with a focus on design for manufacture and product design or mechanical design

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others

Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve common goals

Customer-focused, with a strong understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
