Responsibilities

Process high-volume vendor invoices and employee reimbursements with accuracy and timeliness

Review and verify expense reports, purchase orders, and supporting documentation

Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly

Assist with month-end close by ensuring accurate accruals and AP reporting

Maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal departments

Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in the AP workflow
