Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional marketers to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth
Orchestrate the annual marketing calendar across paid, owned, and earned channels, identifying opportunities in cultural moments, seasonal events, and under-penetrated markets while promoting unique offerings like professional installation and limited edition customizations
Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign development, content creation, and performance analysis, setting a new bar for pace of execution across the organization
Rapidly generate insights from consumer data, develop strategy, launch campaign variations, and optimize performance in real-time
Champion a data-driven approach by tracking KPIs across all funnel stages, including brand awareness and consideration to conversion rates, driving return on ad spend, reducing customer acquisition costs, and developing recommendations that build long-term customer loyalty for both brands
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
Experience with AI/ML technologies
Experience defining marketing strategy and executional excellence
Experience managing and or coordinating projects in a fast pace environment
Preferred
8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
Experience owning a global brand and driving aggressive brand awareness and growth goals
Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
