Responsibilities
Maintain inventory accuracy, product distribution, and turnover
Ensure quality, cleanliness, merchandising, customer service, and adherence to company policies and programs
Review service frequencies to maximize sales while maintaining customer satisfaction
Schedule and adjust warehouse structure to improve productivity, control overtime, manage employee scheduling, and ensure adequate labor coverage
Oversee all aspects of building maintenance, including repairs, housekeeping, and security
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of warehouse supervisory or related experience
Background in warehouse operations, facilities maintenance, support services, military, or housekeeping
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Strong written communication skills for reports and business correspondence
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet navigation
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 lbs
Ability to operate warehouse equipment and tools safely
Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including refrigerated environments
Must be able to climb ladders or stairs as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
