Responsibilities

Serving as a mentor to K-8 students, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits

Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways—students move forward at their own speed while you facilitate discovery

Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (including public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for long-term success

Building a culture centered on curiosity, ambition, and development—supporting students as they recognize their unique strengths and passions
